[미국 일상] 감성 케이크 클레스

Hello, guys.

I have a second job as a home baking teacher.

I teached whatever baking my student wants to learn at home.

This posting is the lettering cake I taught in one of my classes.

 

안녕하세요!!

너무 오랜만에 포스팅이네요 ㅎㅎ

​

일 끝나고 베이킹 수업을 투잡하고 있어서

​

정신없지만

​

행복한 하루하루 보내고 있답니다!

​

오늘은 !!

​

요즘에 유행하는 레터링 케이크, 감성 케이크를 수업했어요!!

​

잘 구운 제누와즈에 겹겹이 딸기를 넣어서 상큼한 생크림 케이크를

​

만들었답니다!

 

This is a trend making cakes for one person.

I decorated on the top of cakes.

Straw berry cake one is written 'I envy you young'

and the other one is written 'I love you'.

이건 제가 어느정도 완성된 이쁜 케이크에

​

완성도를 높여주는 작업을 해주고 있어요!

 

Straw berry cake covered heavy cream with sliced straw berry on each of cake layers.

I was adding more details to make the cake more beautiful. (in the picture)

그렇게 완성된

딸기를 올리니 먹음직스럽고 예쁘죠?

 

and Tada!!

Isn't it pretty?

한장씩은 넣게 된다는 감성사진...

 

I took many pictures after finishing a class.

I couldn't stop taking pictures the cake I taught.

It was so proud!!​

아직은 많이 부족한 저인데도

​

누군가를 가르쳐 줄수 있는 기술을 가지고 있다는 것은

​

축복이라는 걸 느끼는 요즘이에요~

​

좋아하는 일을 하며

​

소소한 일상에 행복을 느끼고 있는 미국 일상이었습니다!

 

I am still learning the confectionery but I am happy to having a skills to teach someone who wants to learn the baking. It's so proud of myself.

I can teach how to make a cake or bread something if you want to learn.
